This week has been so beautifully designed for good news. God is still working miracles.
Fidelity Bank Promotes 963 Employees
Credits: CableNg |
Yesterday, Fidelity Bank PLC promoted 963 employees. That's worth repeating, 963 employees. Ama...zing! They were promoted after a 2014 annual staff performance appraisal which ended last week. The bank said it was part of efforts of rewarding and motivating hard-working, committed and effecient staff member. Nice.
Whoever said hard-work doesn't pay? It does. Well, maybe not immediately but it sure does. I hope this news encourages someone who's been working so hard, but getting little or no pay. Do not stop working, just keep believing.
"God is not unjust: he will not forget your work and the love you have shown." - Hebrews 6:10 (NIV)
Guess what I'm thinking right now? I should know at least, 1 person out of the 963 people. I have a feeling that one of my friend's fathers's brother's uncle's daughter's cousin was among those promoted. Lol. Just kidding.
When news inspires and gives hope, it is good news.
Congratulations to everyone!

Yaay! *rings a bell* Welcome to this part of the world, Egwumba! It feels so good to know you pondering what I'm pondering too. I think we should ask everyone we know right now. Lol. Thanks for visiting, Egwumba. :)
ReplyDeleteWow despite the tough economy? when Some other organisations are sacking people anyhow. 963 employees promoted. as in did their salaries increased?
ReplyDeleteAs in ehn. I was thinking so too. You know, T(that's what makes it a miracle to me. "When others say there is a casting down, you shall say there is a lifting up" Yes, there are challenges in business economy as a result of the drop in the global prices of crude oil. But, it doesn't stop God from blessing a man.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all 963 people. That is almost 1000. Hard work always pays. Fidelity bank try o

ReplyDeleteHello Amaka Media.
ReplyDeleteu never know how the litlle things u say go a long way into somebody's life. i just want to say that verse of the bible u quoted was for me to see. Just yesterday, I got to know that my colleague, who does exactly the same job as me, is earning N120,000 and more. One of my managers asked me to use his log-ins for our HR database to find out some information for him, that was when I saw the base salary listings for my department. I wanted to kill myself (i don't mean it literally). But it was so demotivating and very hurtful. When I read "don't stop working, keep believing" I felt peace within me. I jus knew that was a word for me. Thank you.
That voice that told you to write this news was the Holy Spirit. My dear. You have a ministry in your hands. Don't joke with it. For real.
God bless you so much.
