Still having fun with wild layering techniques.
Layering Skirt On Skirt
Expressing yourself and having fun through clothes is what I’m all about – but the most important part of everything is letting your personality shine through. You bring your taste, interests, desires, inspirations, aspirations and history – bundle a couple (or all) of them together – and let it shine in the way you dress.
I'm a super-huge fan of skirts. Mini, short, midi, pencil or maxi, I love skirts in all shapes and lengths. There might be no greater gift to fashion than skirts. OK, that's a broad sweeping statement but like, I really love them!
I'm obsessed with this Ankara skirt. I find it sexy and versatile and pretty easy to dress up or down. I've worn it to church, to the office, for a date with some Mr. Man, and probably everywhere possible. It's one of my faves.
I honestly don't have a better caption for today's style post because I was just putting my imagination at play with my skirts when this outfit happened. Perhaps, we can say that creativity springs up from simply having fun with your imagination. :)
It happened when I found a lovely black skirt in my wardrobe but it was way too short for me. After a couple of trial and error, I wore the black mini skirt on my Ankara midi skirt. And it worked perfectly.
I call it . . .

I guess I want you to be inspired to put your imagination at play using skirts of different lengths and shapes, different textures and colours. Just have fun by combining short skirts with long ones to create an attention-grasping look . . . and your desired expression.
I express happiness with these two skirts.
Our true personalities shine through by remembering what it was like as a child to be carefree, to laugh, to smile and to play regularly. If you can learn to bring more play into your life and the lives of those you love, you’ll see that happiness is right where you are.
