The Devil Doesn't Wear Black Anymore

I had thought it would be so silly to write about the devil. Frankly, I actually don't want to write about the devil. He doesn't deserve any attention. But I know he'd be so uncomfortable with this exposition. So I write randomly with confidence in the name of the Lord. . .

The Devil Doesn't Wear Black Anymore

The devil is the originator of all wickedness and corruption. He is the "prince" of this world, and the controller of its evil systems. So he knows what's up.

We shouldn't get it twisted. The devil isn't foolish. He's been in the game for many years.

He doesn't show up the way we had thought. He is a schemer.

The devil is a skilled deceiver. He knows the ins and outs.

Today, he may be a lion, and the next day he'd be a snake or a cockroach.

He comes out in a new fashion. He appears differently.

John 10:10 says, the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy. That's all he does.

He's actually not strong. He only weakens you to make you lesser than he is.

Therefore, be sober, be vigilant. He's going about.

Give no room for the devil. Set up your altar again. Fire up on the inside.

You are stronger than he is and ever will be. Do not let him rob you off your authority in Christ.

You are a light that shines which he would never understand. Do not let him switch you off.

He wishes you to be in the dark with him. Do not let him bring you down.

Are you already in his snare? Wake up. Arise now!

Where are the strong and mighty? Arise!

Let he that thinks he's standing, be careful or else, he'd fall flat.

Be on guard. Take a stand. Stay strong.

There will be no conversion of souls, no godliness, no fear of God, no purity of heart if we fail.

Just when you get on your kneels to pray, the devil knows he's lost you.

But it isn't over, he'd come again. So never stop praying. For this is a war and prayer is one strongest weapon. Praying is wrestling.

The devil is real. He lives amongst us.

We have overcome, because greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

Amen.
