When God created woman, He was working late on the 6th day.
An angel came by and asked,
"Why are you spending so much time on this particular one?"
God answered and said,
"You have no idea how much I love the woman I am making. Have you seen all the specifications I met to shape her?"
"She must perform her duties no matter the circumstances,
She must be able to embrace many children at the same time,
She must have a hug that can heal anything - from a bruised knee to a broken heart,
She must do all this with only two hands,"
She must be able to take care herself when she falls sick while doing so many things at the same time."
The angel was dazed.
"And she's to do all these with only two hands . . .That's too much multitasking. Impossible!"
God replied,
"Yes, she can. This is the standard model."
The Angel moved closer and touched the woman.
"But you have made her so soft, Lord".
"Yes, she is soft, but I also made her strong. You can't imagine how much she endures and overcomes."
"Can she think?" The Angel asked.
God answered,
"Not only is she able to think, she communicates and solves problems."
The Angel touched her cheeks.
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her."
"She is not leaking. Those are tears." God corrected the Angel.
"What's it for?"
"Tears are her way of expressing her grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride."
"Oh Lord my God! You are a genius! You thought of everything and put everything in place. The woman is indeed a marvellous creation!" The angel exclaimed.
God was smiling now,
"Indeed she is.
She has strength that amazes a man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and joy.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, cries when happy and laughs when afraid.
She fights for what she believes in.
Her love is unconditional.
Her heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but she finds strength to get on with life."
"Hmmm. . . So is she a perfect being?"
The angel asked.
"No. She has one weakness. She often forgets what she is worth."

● She changes her home.
● She leaves her family.
● She moves in with you.
● She builds a home with you.
● She gets pregnant for you.
● The pregnancy changes her body.
● She gets fat.
● She almost dies in the labour room due to the unbearable pain of child birth.
● Even the baby she delivers bears your name.
Here are more reasons to love the woman

Till the day she dies, everything she does - cooking, cleaning, taking care of your parents, training your children, advising you, making you happy - sometimes at the detriment of her own health, dreams and beauty.
So think about it, who is really doing the other a favour? Please, appreciate the women in your life, because it is not easy to be a woman.
