OK. You know how we do it on Sundays. Let's get to it. ;)
Skirt to Cape
Skirt to Cape
I wear this miniskirt just within the house, meaning it's an indoor wear. I must say it's one of my favourite stay-at-home clothes.
I have been staring at this skirt for weeks. I knew I could do something more with it, but couldn't figure it out.
First, I like the colour. Then the fabric. (I dunno what it's called). It has a very nice texture.
I tried it out in various styles like wearing it on a longer skirt, wearing it as a scarf and then wearing it as a cape. And I loved it as a cape. Oh, I loved it so much that I had to show it to somebody. To you.
I added even more elegance with my Ankara accessories. That's elegance overload mehn. Lol.
The beautiful thing is I didn't cut the skirt to make it into a cape. I only folded it into the neck of my sleeveless black dress.
This dress is a wardrobe saver. I can't say how much it has helped me in creating so much out of little. If I can get it in every colour, I will. Its usefulness is beyond ordinary.
Jeez. When I take so many pictures, I find it hard to let them pass. I try. I really try to post only a few here so that you don't get bored and stop visiting Heart Rays (my blog). Lol. Please, stay with me a little longer.
So sweetie, if you've been looking for the perfect dress to make you stand out, look no further than your wardrobe. Go find an A-line mini skirt right now. :D
