Prophetic Writing
I often find that when I sit with a pen and paper, if I anticipate that the Holy Spirit will give me something to write, He does. I receive thought impressions and visual images in my mind and write them as I receive them. It's prophetic.
Sometimes I don't even understand what I had written until days or weeks later.
Prophetic writing isn’t spooky or weird. It’s pretty normal. And with a little practice, it can become a beautiful way to communicate God’s heart to others.

The truth is, the reason He gives this gift to writers is so that we can share it with anyone, with everyone else with whom we come into contact. And that is precisely why the Lord gives the truth to us.
We were saved not only to grow up in the faith, but so that we might share it with others that they might embrace Christ.
My writing flows out of each rich experience and my continual search for treasures in life’s darkness.
My first book, He Wasn't My Husband is on Amazon, Roving Heights, Page Book Store, and currently available for pick up in Lagos, Owerri and Enugu.

We can only share information that we’ve owned — knowledge that has arisen from or worked in our lives. We can only preach the lessons that we’ve learned and the changes that we’ve made.
We are all interconnected. Writers and readers. We need to dig into our own experience — and one another’s — to reconnect, over and over again.
When we do (through the reading and writing of memoir, for instance), we acknowledge our shared humanity. We give away parts of ourselves. We say, “I get you,” “I can see where you’re coming from” or, “I feel you.”
I wrote my first book, He Wasn't My Husband at 28. And I can't tell you how much my heart swells every time I get a testimony. God is awesome!
Initially, I had titled this post 'The Struggle s Of Being A Writer " but the Author of all Authors changed that.
