Order for What I Wore

So so . . . The heavens opened and the spirit came upon me saying, "thou art been given a gift, why do thou not put it to use? For to whom much has been given, the same is expected. Learn from the parable of the talents, use your creative gifts . . . Use your hands today!" . . . Aaaaaaaand I did!

'What I Wore' is a tentative brand name for my Ankara accessories (till I figure out a better one). Ankara are African traditional fabrics used in sewing different unique styles of dresses for men, women and children made from various pattern of designs. The Ankara fabrics are not just used for clothing but also used in making beautiful accessories like bangles, brooch, bow-ties as well as shoes and bags that give you a complete African look with a sense of modernize designs.

I am an African woman proudly showcasing African fashion. Feel free to view samples of my work and let me know if you'd like me to make some for you.
